Processing Time:
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time:
Delivery time varies depending on your location and shipping method, with a maximum delivery window of 21 days from the date of dispatch. Most domestic orders arrive sooner. International shipping times may vary due to customs processing.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey from our workshop to your wrist.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
